Rates
Therapy: $170 for Initial Assessment and thereafter, $160 per hour.
Forensic Services: Assessment and forensic consultation services: $200 to $225 per hour.
Insurance
I am not a network provider for insurance plans. Please check with your insurance if they can provide forms to bill and be reimbursed directly.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
